Situation: This apartment hotel is located on the beachfront in Costa Cálida, in the most prestigious part of La Manga del Mar Menor. It enjoys magnificent views of the Mediterranean coast and just some 50 m away guests will find a supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy. It lies about 73 km from Murcia and its shops. Cartagena railway station is some 45 km from the property, and it is approximately 15 km from Murcia Airport and 100 km from Alicante Airport.

Lodging: The apartments feature modern architecture and all come with a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub/shower combination and a WC. They have a free TV, kitchenette with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine. Furthermore, air conditioning and central heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. All apartments have a terrace.

Services: Built in 2011, this complex consists of 4 blocks of 9 floors each and a total of 178 apartments. All apartments are modern and very comfortable, with unique architecture and wonderful interior décor. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, lift access and wireless Internet access (for an additional fee). There is a car park and garage parking for those arriving by car.

Sports: The complex features 3 outdoor swimming pools, including 1 children's swimming area. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with its sun loungers and parasols or in the hot tub. The range of entertainment and sports on offer makes this an ideal destination for families.

Comments: A deposit is required on arrival which will be fully refunded after an inventory is taken at the end of guests' stay. Reception hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm. On Fridays the reception is open from 9 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 10 pm. On Saturdays and Sundays reception hours are 8 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm.
