Situation: This attractive apartment complex is situated on the outskirts of La Manga district, just 100 m away from Mar Menor and 200 m away from the Mediterranean Sea.

Lodging: The recently furbished, modern apartments are fully equipped with linen, towels and cooking utensils and come with a bathroom, a combined living room/ bedroom, a separate bedroom, TV, an American style kitchen with electric hobs, microwave and a fridge as well as a terrace.

Services: The complex comprises a total of 44 apartments spread over 2 floors. A laundry service rounds up the facilities on offer.

Board: There are seasonal supermarkets and bars.

Sports: There is a outdoor swimming pool in the hotel grounds.

Comments: Although there is a key delivery service, it is not 24 hours and is also dependant on the season so clients must confirm arrival time in advance and pick up keys at the allotted point. There are apartments that have air-conditioning, there is an suplement direct payment in the reception, reserve before arrivel is recomended. A deposit must deliver on arrival at reception.
